Welcome to DaHermit Admission , a platform operated by AZ↪able, located at Prospect Street, Elmsford, NY 10523, USA ("AZ↪able," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DaHermit platform, which includes the following applications and services: DaHermit Admission , which includes:
- DaHermit Admission (for coach registration and onboarding; also referred to as "CoachAlliance")
- DaHermit Studio (for coaches to create and manage training content; also referred to as "DaDivine")
- DaHermit Learn (for members to discover, enroll in, and participate in coaching programs; also referred to as "DaDeck")
By accessing or using any of these applications or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
Purpose of the Platform
DaHermit Admission connects professional coaches with members seeking personal or professional development through live sessions, workshops, and digital content.
The Platform provides tools for:
- Coach registration and verification
- Member account creation and session booking
- Video-based coaching sessions (via Jitsi)
- Payment processing through Square and PayPlus
AZ↪able provides the technology infrastructure but is not a party to coaching sessions or any agreements between coaches and members.
Eligibility
To use DaHermit Admission , you must:
Legal Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have the authority to enter into a binding contract
Information Requirements
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
AZ↪able reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any user who violates these requirements.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must immediately notify AZ↪able if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to share your account credentials with others.
Coaches must complete an approval process before offering services through the Platform.
AZ↪able is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized account access caused by your negligence.
